Client Service

• Take detailed job orders from clients to ensure needs and expectations are understood.
• Regular communication with clients to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Quickly resolve employee and client issues that arise.
• Coach, counsel, supervise, and discipline contract employees to ensure job satisfaction and client satisfaction.

 Branch Administration

• Answer incoming calls from candidates, employees and customers.
• Maintain employee and customers files in accordance with Branch Operating Procedures.
• Perform reference checks, background checks and drug screens.
• Assist candidates with the application/onboarding process.
• Ensure payroll information is submitted timely and accurately.
• Support company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional office experience (previous recruiting experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of employment law
• Self-motivation and strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and driving record clear of major violations
• Ability to work a variable schedule based on office needs
• Ability to work independently and also contribute to a team

Set molds, startup and troubleshoot injection molding process.

Document all process parameters on documents to the Master Setup Sheets.

Ensure all process parameters and mold protection settings meet process specifications.

Make necessary adjustments to prevent part defects.

Respond to all Quality and Operator issues regarding parts and processes.

Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies.

Drive reduction of scrap through elimination of mold conditions using corrective action and mold maintenance forms.

Maintain a neat and clean environment at all times.

Identify maintenance concerns/issues and assist with resolution.

Participate in mold change activities to reduce downtime and to increase uptime and throughput.

Assist with training Process Technicians and Operators when needed.

 REQUIREMENTS: 

• Mold setting experience and capability required.  
• Resin knowledge required.  
• 2 years of injection molding processing experience preferred.  
• Good mechanical ability and aptitude is essential.  
• Knowledgeable of 3-Axis programming preferred.  
• Must be willing to stay current with technology through continuing education.  
• Frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Responsible for repair and maintenance of plant equipment

Troubleshoot press and robot issues 

Maintain records in compliance with quality procedures and equipment operating logs and properly document activities.

Complete preventive maintenance and update Preventative Maintenance logbooks.

Follow safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations. 

Complete repairs on hydraulic systems, HVAC, conveyors, and pneumatic circuits. 

Troubleshoot electrical issues, expert in wiring/re-wiring. 

Troubleshoot and repair machinery and control systems. 

Troubleshoot and repair issues with automated equipment including but not limited to: Sensors, Servo controls, Power supplies, VFD, I/O cards, Relays, HMI, load cells, etc.  

Read and understand PLC ladder logic for troubleshooting and making minor program changes. 

Identify maintenance concerns, issues, and work to assist with the resolution of issues.

Assist with new product launch.

 Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree a plus.
• 3-5 years' experience in troubleshooting injection molding and secondary equipment required. 
• Experience with robotics, programmable controls
• Industrial electrical knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Experience working on plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
• Capability of EOAT Design and Fabrication
• Proficiency in valve gate design and installation plus.
• Willing and able to be certified on forklift (sit down and standup) and scissor lift.
