About The Position

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant who brings professional experience working with manufacturing employer partners, community-based partners and local/state workforce programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in targeted outreach and recruitment with underrepresented populations including youth.

  • Respond to any incoming inquiries about apprenticeship or the ISAIC’s programming, or direct them to the correct person as needed
  • Assist incoming students with support for the entire registration process, from initial intake to job placement and alumni services
  • Create a schedule for and execute Apprenticeship Information Sessions, Orientation Sessions, and Information Sessions, as needed with the support of the Training & Education team
  • Complete any paperwork as required during the registration or incoming student process, the funding process, or the post-training data collection
  • Support the recruiting process by attending external events in the community, such as job fairs, information sessions, etc. as needed
  • Attend department meetings as needed
  • Prepare reports as requested for compliance
  • Assist with the development of processes for data collection & reporting from alumni and apprentices
  • Assist with data collection or reporting as needed

  • Must have a Bachelors degree


Salary: $42,000 - $47,000
