Qualified Staffing of Cartersville is hiring a Wood Shop Assistant in Marietta, GA! Do you have carpentry or wood-working experience? This could be the career for you! Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM. Overtime is available, and you can start as early as 6AM. Pay: $20-24/hour based on experience Essential Job Functions:
Machining commercial grade wood doors to receive hardware such as hinges, locks, exit devices, and closers.
The use of power tools such as drills, routers, and skill saws.
Ability to read tape measurements down to the 64th of an inch.
Understanding hardware templates and how to lay them out for machining.
Able to lift & handle 125-150 lbs. doors on a daily basis.
