? NOW HIRING: Fabrication Welder – (Gordonsville, TN) ? Our client is growing and looking for an experienced Fabrication Welder to join their team! If you’re skilled in custom metal fabrication, precision welding, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to meet you! What You’ll Do:
Perform MIG/TIG fabrication welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings
Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components with accuracy
Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts for quality and precision
Maintain welding tools and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of fabrication welding experience preferred
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
Experience with MIG/TIG welding required
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
