Join a fast-paced, growing warehouse team!We’re hiring Order Packers for a busy distribution center in Midlothian, VA. This position plays an essential role in preparing high-quality products for shipment, ensuring every order is accurate, properly packaged, and ready to delight customers.If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in an active warehouse environment—this could be the perfect fit for you! Pay: Starting at $15/hour Schedule Options:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (8-hour shift)
Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour shift)
Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (12-hour shift)
Location: Midlothian, VAKey Responsibilities
Pack a wide range of home décor products with care and accuracy.
Inspect all products for quality, reporting or disposing of defective or damaged items.
Create and print shipping labels; confirm order details before shipping.
Assist with loading local delivery trucks and third-party shipments.
Maintain all shipping records and documentation.
Operate handheld tools such as tape guns, box cutters, staplers, and scissors.
Use a computer to check and verify orders.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What You Bring
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Prior warehouse or order packing experience preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Standing and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
Using computers, scanning systems, and handheld tools.
Comfortable working around large equipment and vehicles.
