Job Title: Shipping CoordinatorLocation: Franklinton, NC (On-site)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Franklinton. You will be the vital link between our production floor and our customers, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and leaves our facility on time.
What You’ll Do
  • Execute Shipments: Process customer orders within SAP and manage external/internal interfaces to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Facilitate the end-to-end delivery process, from initial SAP entry to final shipment.
  • Communicate: Act as a key point of contact for Customer Service, Planning, Production, and external carriers/customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Maintain Accuracy: Ensure all documentation and transactions are completed with a high degree of precision.

  • Proficiency in SAP (highly preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
