Job Description
Summary:Our client is a high quality coffee and espresso equipment manufacturer looking for a Warehouse Associate to join their team. In this role this person would be responsible for packaging, transferring parts to production and managing shipping and receiving activities. Responsibilities:
Packaging: Properly and efficiently package finished coffee machine parts for shipment.
Transferring Parts to Production: Organize and transfer parts and materials to the production area to support the manufacturing process.
Shipping and Receiving: Assist in managing inbound and outbound shipments, including unloading, inspecting, and properly storing incoming materials, as well as preparing and loading outgoing shipments for delivery.
Maintain Inventory: Keep accurate records of inventory levels and assist in conducting regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment within the warehouse.
Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations and support overall company goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
