Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate Location: Richmond, VA Pay: Competitive, Starting at $19/hour Schedule: Full-time | Day ShiftOur client is seeking a Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure customers receive accurate, on-time shipments. This role is essential in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products—all while maintaining exceptional accuracy, organization, and quality standards.If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Shipping
Pull, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
Ensure all orders are shipped safely, correctly, and on schedule.
Prepare custom kits and package special orders for key accounts.
Receiving & Inventory
Receive incoming product, inspect for accuracy, and store in designated locations.
Inspect customer returns for accuracy and damage to determine acceptability.
Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy above industry standards.
Monitor warehouse supplies and resources to support operational goals.
Warehouse Operations
Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse.
Follow proper storage, staging, and labeling procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
Process certifications (material certs, compliance certs, certificates of origin).
Complete documentation and maintain records according to quality requirements.
Promote and maintain a safe working environment, identifying improvement or repair needs when necessary.
Team Collaboration
Partner with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure customers receive accurate, timely shipments.
Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet shared goals.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using basic power tools.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, or move up to 50 lbs.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
