Visual Inspection Operator – Kingston, GAPay: $18.50 per hourLocation: Kingston, GA Qualified Staffing-Cartersville are immediately hiring for dedicated Machine Operators to join our client’s NEW production team in Kingston, GA. Visual Inspection Operator The Visual Inspection Operator inspects and reports product quality to ensure compliance with process, appearance, and customer requirements. The role focuses on identifying visual defects, documenting inspection results, escalating quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This position works closely with production and quality teams, follows established inspection standards and safety policies, and requires the ability to perform physically demanding inspection tasks in a manufacturing environment. Visual Inspection Operator – Job Duties
Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet appearance, process, and customer requirements
Identify, document, and report defects or quality deviations
Record inspection results and escalate issues as needed
Support corrective actions and continuous quality improvement
Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues
Maintain inspection areas per 5S and safety standards
Use inspection tools, HMI systems, and follow work instructions
Comply with safety, attendance, and conduct policies, including the no-malingering policy
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED, or related field of study
Minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read and write in English
Experience using HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems at manufacturing workstations

Ability to safely and effectively perform essential job functions.
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with operational needs and legal standards
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Ability to regularly stand, walk, and climb stairs
Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per day and work up to 6–7 days per week based on operational requirements
