This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that blends field service with warehouse operations. You will support customer sites by managing inventory levels, maintaining relationships, and ensuring product availability, while also assisting with warehouse operations. Field / Customer Support (60–70%)
Manage and maintain inventory levels at customer locations
Visit customer sites to restock, organize, and audit inventory
Build strong relationships with customer contacts
Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency
Utilize inventory systems to track usage and maintain accuracy
Provide basic product support and assist with product selection
Communicate customer insights and opportunities to internal teams
Warehouse Operations (30–40%)
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
Receive and inspect incoming shipments and stock inventory
Assist walk-in customers with order pickup and questions
Process returns and complete required documentation
Maintain organized inventory and accurate records
Support quality documentation and certifications
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or industrial environments
Strong mechanical aptitude
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ERP/SAP a plus)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in warehouse and customer site environments
Ability to pass required screenings for site access
