The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various utility systems, including:
Air Compressor Systems – Oil refills, filter replacements, auto drain trap cleaning, and system test runs.
NMP Recovery – Pump vibration checks, motor lubrication, strainer cleaning, heat tracing inspection, and fan belt replacement.
A/C Towers – Lubrication and V-belt replacement for towers and fans.
Steam Boilers – Filter cleaning, chemical line maintenance, LNG instrument checks, valve testing, pump servicing, and sensor/gauge maintenance.
Hot Oil Boilers – Instrument testing, pump lubrication, expansion tank checks, and fan maintenance.
Chillers – Tank and water line maintenance, pump lubrication, fan testing, and oil injection.
BCU/BFU/FFU Systems – Filter replacements and pressure monitoring.
HVAC Systems – Fan lubrication, sensor checks, pressure testing, strainer cleaning, belt adjustments, filter changes, air purging, and steam trap servicing.
