Location: Owosso, MI Payrate: $19.23/hr Hours: 1st shift, Full time

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement driver recruitment strategies to meet the companies’ hiring goals • Source, screen, and interview potential driver candidates • Perform background checks, reference checks, and other screening tasks to ensure that the candidates meet all company standards and requirements • Create and maintain relationships with local driving schools, trucking associations, and other relevant organizations to help identify potential driver candidates • Manage the driver hiring process from start to finish, ensuring all steps are completed in a timely and organized manner • Coordinate with the management team to ensure that driver’s needs are met and that recruitment efforts are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all driver candidates and hiring activities.
Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • Previous recruiting experience • Previous experience in the driving industry (2+ years preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft and other relevant programs • Strong communication skills
