  • Respond to a high volume of telephone, written, and in-person inquiries from our client's Exam Supervisors in a timely and effective manner while providing a high level of customer service and continuous support (peak periods may have as many as 200 emails per day)
  • Secure Exam Supervisors by working with testing agency vendors to review resumes, conduct interviews, and identify the qualified professionals who will administer our client's examinations
  • Establish and monitor testing personnel pay based on established operating budget of approximately ten million annually in accordance with our client's guidelines, historical information, and specific needs
  • Create and approve staffing plans for exam centers, including total number of proctors to be secured and their assigned roles
  • Monitor testing personnel performance and develop mechanism for delivering feedback to ensure exam centers are being run in a secure, fair, and equitable manner
  • Monitor for potential disruptions leading up to and during the exam administration, manage proactive communications with the exam supervisor and/or testing agency vendor, and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Produce test center and testing agency reports to be used as basis for debrief sessions with exam supervisors and testing agency vendors
  • Assist with other exam administration processes as needed


Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm


  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 4-5 years of general business experience in a professional office environment
  • Fluency in English required, knowledge of additional languages would be helpful
  • Proficient using standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with planning projects including defining deliverables and meeting established deadlines
  • Familiarity with vendor management including performance and payment management
  • Experience developing and delivering effective training materials desired
  • Skilled at conducting verbal interviews helpful
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation
  • Ability to respond to a high volume of emails in a short period of time
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional and diplomatic demeanor
  • Flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities and changing expectations
  • Willingness to ask questions rather than just follow directions is required
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and mature business skills
  • High level of professionalism
