Are you an organizational expert who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly? 

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Temporary Medical Admin Clerk for our client in North- Macon, Ga. 

  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Full-Time (40 hours) 

  • Pay: $15/hours

  • Available positions: 1 

  • Assignment term: This is a 9-12 month contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check patients in and out efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle faxing, scanning, and maintaining organized records. 
  • Answer and direct phone calls with excellent communication skills.
  • Enter data and process documents and records.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Assist in other counties within the district as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Support response efforts during public health emergencies.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • One year of general office or administrative experience in a healthcare setting. 

  • Experience with scheduling appointments

  • Experience with insurance verification. 

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills. 

  • A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
