As a Human Resources Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our team by:
-Reviewing applicants and screening candidates
-Scheduling and conducting interviews
-Creating and posting job openings
-Formulating effective recruiting strategies
Requirements:
-Bilingual in Spanish and English
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Exceptional communication skills
Location: Bridgewater, VA
Salary: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
