We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented individual with good oral and written communication skills and commitment to excellence. The Customer Service Representative has frequent interaction with our customers and prospects, and is fundamental to an excellent customer experience.
Answer incoming calls and distribute appropriately.
Screen customer help desk calls and email requests, troubleshoot/test - provide first level customer support.
Generate service orders for installation and repair per customer request.
Report telephone carrier trouble to providers and track to resolution.
Place orders with network service providers and track to installation.
Maintain a positive outlook, pleasant manner and professional demeanor at all times to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
2-4 Year College Degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Customer Service/Telecommunications experience a plus but not required
An understanding of and appreciation of technology is key to success in this position
Clean criminal record and pass a thorough background investigation
