Our client provides solutions in industrial process settings (Oil & Gas) for moisture and oxygen analyzation, corrosion monitoring and flow measurement / monitoring





TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER



ROLE:
  • Provide clients with sales advice and support
  • Translating and explaining highly complex technical information to customers and clients, focusing on revealing how a product or piece of equipment can solve specific problems
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide timely sales support
  • Identify business opportunities (prospects) and evaluate their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospect, and recommending solutions to customer needs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Mechanical/ Electrical Aptitude and familiarity with industrial/process equipment
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven and effective sales approach of technical equipment
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations at customer sites



SALES TERRITORY:
  • Michigan, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
  • Some overnight travel will be expected for sales visits and product training
