Job Description

- Check employees in
- Complete building walk throughs
- Communicate staff shortages
- Help lead team on production lines
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment
- Manage performance
- Solve problems
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have previous experience leading a group of 5 or more people
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
