Qualified Staffing has a client in quaint Fenton that's looking for a PART TIME Support Specialist: Approximately 25hrs a week.  


Perform a wide variety of high level administrative duties with the ability to multi-task as required by the fast-paced environment.

Organize own work, coordinating projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines and following up on assignments with a minimum of direction.

Schedule, organize, maintain and monitor consultant’s Outlook calendars.  Keep everyone informed as to the whereabouts of all office personnel.

Assist with various client related projects and analysis, including the preparation of reports, work papers, documentation, spreadsheets, correspondence and follow-up.   Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofreading documents for spelling, grammar, and layout, following the applicable report preparation procedure. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of reports.

Photocopy, scan, file client related documents electronically as well as in red tie filing system.

Ability to import, export and manipulate data into Excel spreadsheets.

Work with management level staff as client liaison in obtaining and sending information, documents, correspondence, etc. in a timely manner.

Answer phones on allworx phone system, managing calls as appropriate. Answer phones when scheduled or when Administrative Assistant/Provider Reimbursement Analytics is not available.

Demonstrate willingness to learn and/or knowledge and understanding of coding, charging, billing and reimbursement processes

Associates degree or equivalent work experience required

Ability to assist consultants with complete, accurate, consistent and timely reports within budget and project deadlines

Strong analytical capability, independent thinker and good decision making skills

Proven team player able to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent project management, organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize workload

Ability to work with senior executives, business partners, clinicians and revenue cycle staff

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer and technology knowledge and skills

Exemplary customer service skills

Ability to process industry information and assist with developing value-added client services
