Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Supply Analyst to join a growing team in Fort Valley, Ga. This is a direct hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse management system activities
Monitor inventory movements, receipts, shipments, manufacturing consumption, and master data maintenance
Support demand planning and production scheduling to meet customer demand
Coordinate purchasing activities for raw materials and components
Improve logistics processes, transportation efficiency, and freight cost management
Leverage EDI and other technology platforms to streamline operations
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectives
Maintain accurate SKU, inventory, cost, and bill of material data
Develop and distribute key performance metrics and operational reports
Track KPIs including fill rates, inventory levels, OTIF performance, and shipments
Mentor and support operations team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field required
10+ years of supply chain, logistics, inventory, or operations experience required
Experience supporting retail, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer operations
Strong background in inventory management, demand planning, and logistics
Experience with WMS and ERP systems such as SAP, Fishbowl, Luminous, or similar platforms
Knowledge of EDI processes and supply chain technology
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Proven ability to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support business growth
