Responsibilities:
Follow lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular classroom teacher.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Take attendance and monitor student participation.
Provide instruction, guidance, and assistance to students as needed.
Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and transitions when assigned.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Communicate important information regarding student behavior, progress, or classroom activities to the regular teacher and school administration.
Enforce school rules, policies, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of assignments completed and classroom activities.
Collaborate with school staff to support student success.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and grade levels.
