Stand-Up Forklift Operator

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and growth for the right candidate.Schedule:
  • Full-time | Monday–Friday (Overtime available)
  • Shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate stand-up double forklifts to move, stack, and track inventory
  • Load/unload trailers and maintain accurate documentation
  • Use RF scanners and inventory systems to ensure precision
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and meet performance standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year forklift experience (stand-up required)
  • OSHA certification or equivalent strongly preferred
  • RF scanner experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated consistent work history and reliability (essential for temp-to-perm transition)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to be cross-trained and work overtime when needed
