Now HiringWarehouse Sorters1st Shift - 7am-3pm - Lots of Overtime!$15.00/hrRochester Hills, MI The Production Sorter is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and organizing automotive connectors to ensure all products meet quality and production standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficiency on the production line by identifying defects, separating non-conforming parts, and supporting overall workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect automotive connectors for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
Sort parts based on quality standards, specifications, and production requirements
Separate and properly label defective or non-conforming materials
Maintain accurate counts and documentation of sorted products
Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times
Follow company quality control procedures and production guidelines
Work closely with production and quality teams to address issues
Meet daily production and sorting targets
Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
