Answer questions regarding the company's applications and the supported modules in a pleasant, effective, and proficient manner.

Diagnose\Solve basic and complex customer questions or problems. This would include areas of system configuration/setup, product functionality, and diagnosing bugs. 

Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may not have standard documented solutions.

The ability to document new issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. 

Track and document incoming support requests and properly decipher customer problems and issues. 

Stay up to date on technology with the company's products and new modules, changes in the healthcare industry, and product design changes.

Prior help desk experience providing software support to external customers.

Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to resolve challenging issues in an effective manner.

Capable of thinking on your feet, working well in a team atmosphere, self-motivated, and a dedication and commitment to the job at hand.
