Duties:
- Meet or exceed consistent daily and weekly output and quality goals.
- Read and interpret work orders and quality specs.
- Perform in-process inspections, troubleshoot, and make machine adjustments to assure production of high quality products.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and always maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
Requirements:

- Proven experience as as a sewing machine operator; Industrial sewing experience preferred.
- Experience operating sewing machines such as: single needle, cover stitch and serger
- Must be able to change needles and thread machines.
- Basic math skills with the ability to use a calculator
- Computer skills - ability to perform basic data entry may be required.
