Job Title: Service CoordinatorLocation: Broadway VaPosition Overview:The Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities within the Service Department. This includes coordinating tasks, ensuring efficient service delivery, managing schedules, resolving conflicts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between departments and teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone to schedule services, answer inquiries, and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Task Management: Monitor and review service tasks and tickets to ensure they are completed on schedule, billing is accurate, and customer expectations are met.
Scheduling & Assignment: Establish and manage work schedules for service staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency. Assign tasks based on team strengths and operational needs.
Supplier Relations: Research, order, and procure necessary parts for systems from reliable suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and develop staff within the Service Department. Recognize individual strengths and help improve performance by providing guidance and training.
Conflict Resolution: Manage and document conflicts and issues that arise, addressing concerns swiftly to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Database Management: Operate and maintain accurate service-related database records, ensuring up-to-date information on tasks, schedules, and inventory.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other department managers to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive productivity within the Service Department.
Attendance Management: Track and record staff attendance, including vacation days and absences, and report to the Administrative Assistant on a daily basis.
Safety Compliance: Attend and actively participate in bi-weekly safety meetings, ensuring that safety procedures and regulations are being followed.

Customer Service Expertise: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and complex situations.
Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability
