As a member of the Raw Materials Procurement & Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of materials—especially steel—for factories and assembly sites. You will manage supplier relationships, secure material availability, and support efficient plant operations through proactive purchasing and supply chain coordination. * Note: This position requires periodic travel to Europe (approximately 6 weeks on and off until the beginning of the new year) for training. Key Responsibilities:QSHE & Compliance
Promote and ensure adherence to all QSHE standards, fostering a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
Support the company’s Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all activities and processes comply with QSHE policies, internal instructions, and applicable local legislation.
Procurement & Supply Chain Operations
Place and manage purchase orders with main suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials required for assembly.
Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules to maintain optimal supply flow.
Order and maintain stock of all consumables necessary for efficient plant operations.
Conduct supplier negotiations—both daily tactical discussions and strategic long-term agreements.
Oversee the steel supply chain, ensuring smooth coordination from service centers to our factory.
Analyze open purchase orders and align procurement actions with factory production requirements.
Collaborate closely with suppliers to enhance visibility of material availability and potential supply risks.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Civil or Commercial Engineering (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within steel processing or related industrial environments.
Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
