Job Description: As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all the financial and administrative operations and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to lead a team, and contribute to strategic decisions for existing operations and new construction projects.Responsibilities:
Supervise the accounting and administrative departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare and analyze bank reports, perform reconciliations, and monitor cash flow to optimize financial performance.
Utilize SAP experience to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Manage day-to-day operations of the financial department, including but not limited to accounting records, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Lead and mentor a team of 2 administrative and financial professionals, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with relevant financial leadership responsibilities
Proficiency in SAP and other financial software systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results.
