Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to join our Salem, VA team! In this role, you’ll perform microbial screening and lab testing to support quality management, production, and regulatory requirements.
This is a FULL-TIME, on site position! Monday-Friday 7A-3:30P ( we also have rotational weekend work). Pay will start at $20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and non-routine microbial analysis of production batches
  • Record accurate data in LIMS, SAP, and lab notebooks
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment following SOPs
  • Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related field
  • Lab experience (microbial analysis strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of LIMS, JMP, or PowerBI a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
