Are you highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, sales teams and customers?
Qualified Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist for our client in Macon, Ga. 
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: $15.50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process online and phone orders accurately.
  • Manage and restock shop inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and job-related forms.
  • Organize schedules and assist with job coordination.
  • Email and call vendors to track parts and orders.
  • Communicate order and inventory updates to the shop owner.
 What you need to succeed:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of business or marketing experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong math skills, accounts payable experience preferred
