Are you comfortable with cross country travel and being away from home 2 weeks out of the month? Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. This position involves nationwide travel to meet clients, demonstrate products, and grow business relationships. Responsibilities:
Sell and promote the Trak-Star product line across the United States through both in-office and on-site client visits.
Conduct product demonstrations and training for existing and potential customers.
Maintain a 90-day travel calendar and coordinate visits to maximize client engagement.
Manage customer relationships by responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and developing target lists for cold calls.
Participate in trade shows throughout the year to generate new business.
Safely operate and maintain demo trucks, ensuring they are stocked and ready for field use.
Occasionally perform light equipment repairs or adjustments during client demonstrations.
Collaborate with the Trak-Star sales team to plan travel schedules and share client updates.
Requirements:
Mechanically inclined and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Outgoing personality with the confidence to make cold calls and conduct presentations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (verified annually).
Safety-focused mindset — safety is the top priority both in the field and at the facility.
