Job Description
SALES ADMINISTRATOR Adairsville, GA PAY: $22/hourly SHIFT: 1st (8:00am-5:00pm) Are you looking to start a new career? Look no further! Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide sales support to external customers and the companies sales representatives for the division. The position will focus on customer service support, order processing and management, and ensuring that sales operations for the division(s) run smoothly. Responsibilities:• Answer customer and sales team calls and e-mails promptly to provide information on orders, shipments, pricing, or inventory. • Maintain a 1:1 relationship and constant communication with the territory or account sales manager to provide superior customer service within the territory or assigned account list. • Enter customer sales orders into Oracle system upon receipt from customer. • Allocate products and parts according to order information, current inventory, and sales priority. • Daily monitoring of open order report(s) to ensure orders are shipped as requested and scheduled appropriately based on sales priority. • Solve problems that customers or other departments may have regarding specifics orders. • Coordinate with production to confirm weekly schedules and deliveries based on demand and sales order priorities. • Coordinate with logistics to ensure shipments are scheduled properly and loads are maximized. • Process rebates for purchased equipment, verifying eligibility and coordinating payment with accounting. • Assist with successfully implementing sales programs assigned by the division sales teams. • Support new dealer recruiting process, including guiding potential dealers through paperwork completion and coordinating with accounting. • Interface with outside financing companies to ensure proper approvals for floor plans. • Use of Salesforce to record relevant customer interactions, and as a task management tool between sales administration and outside sales. • Attend periodic product trainings for the division to maintain a high-level understanding of the products and markets to better assist with sales inquiries. • Periodic outbound calling or e-mails if required by the business unit to aid in sales objectives. • Provide support to accounts receivable issues as required. • Assist with other sales administrator tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:• High School diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus. • Minimum 3 years customer service experience or equivalent college experience.• Proficient in Microsoft office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Oracle platform or similar system experience a plus. • SalesForce or similar CRM experience a plus. • A self-starter with customer service skills.• Organizational and planning skills with focus on details.• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes. • Knowledge and understanding of financing processes for credit approvals and increases.
