INSIDE SALES, MARKETING AND PROTOTYPE COORDINATOR Up to $24/hr., temporary assignment (3+ months) JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for providing support to Account Managers involved with the sales of prototype and pre-production orders to customers and prospects in the region. This role will also include active communication and marketing efforts with customers. The position acts as a “face” of the company with a goal to elevate brand awareness and recognition for company products in the North American light and heavy duty industrial market. FUNCTIONS:
Utilize company tools to coordinate spot buy orders prototype and pre-production RFQ’s.
Provide office support to Sales and accounting Staff in setting up new customer accounts.
Quote prototype costs with the support of Prototype shops located in France, Mexico, and the Sales personnel in N.A.
Accountable for on-time deliveries of first orders to all customers.
Coordinate and communicate prototype delivery schedules to Automotive and Appliance OEMS, in addition to Industry.
Primary liaison for prototype management to the manufacturing plants, process engineers and product engineers.
Coordinate and communicate the publication of annual pricing revisions set by the Sales managers to the various industry customer tiers.
Support sales managers with the research of market opportunities and customer prospects
Maintain CRM database.
Coordinate team participation in virtual and in-person Trade Shows, including registration process, preparation of marketing materials and logistics arrangements, in collaboration with corporate Marketing personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience required. Major in Marketing & Business preferred
2 years’ experience of industrial B2B sales/customer service
Highly motivated and results oriented
Entrepreneurial spirit in an international work environment
Strong presentation, communication, organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
Intermediate level computer skills; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
