We are currently searching for a Recruiting Compliance Assistant for one of the nation's largest mail contractors! This position will be a Monday-Friday position and pay will start at $18/hour. Duties:-Prepare DOT/Driver on-boarding packets-Complete incoming employment verification-Perform data entry in various company software programs-Perform daily monitoring of Driver Logs for compliance and identify discrepancies/errors.-Train drivers found to be in violation. -Maintain training records.-Monitor, counsel, discipline, and document driver violations-Pre-screen driver applicants for basic qualification-Participate in staff meeting-Other duties as assigned Requirements:-One-year DOT transportation, trucking, and driver qualification file experience-Accounting/Auditing experience-Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel-Demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize & meet deadlines Why work for Qualified Staffing?-We offer a fantastic benefits package to all of our employees.
