Position: Receptionist (Part-Time, Potential for Full-Time)
Location: Harrisonburg, VA
Hours: 24 hours per week initially (Potential for Full-Time)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30AM-12:30PM
Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM
Pay: $20/hour
About Us:
We are seeking a friendly, personable receptionist with excellent people and phone skills to join our team. Initially part-time, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position within 60 days based on performance and aptitude for learning new skills quickly.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Taking clear and accurate messages and ensuring they are communicated to the appropriate team member.
Interacting with clients and visitors who call or visit the office.
Providing administrative support to three financial advisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a clerical role.
Excellent people and phone skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software applications such as Zoom and DocuSign if not already familiar.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
