Seeking an animal lover who is friendly and will provide clients with superior service in a fast-paced environment!

  • Front desk greeting and checking in
  • Answer multi-line phone system, direct calls, take messages
  • Input data into internal system (appointments, charges)
  • Collecting payment
  • Cleaning
  • Other duties as necessary to assist in helping clinic run smoothly
  • Handle walk-ins
  • Assisting doctors with appointments/exam rooms/diagnostics and treatments
  • Desire to learn about the veterinary field
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Caring and professional, even in busy and/or stressful situations
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
    • Especially when dealing with invoicing and processing medical records
  • Able to communicate well with clients and co-workers
    • Face-to-face, via phone and email
  • Able to assist clients in what can be a very fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers
  • Willingness to be a team player, have a sense of humor and help out however you can!


Part-time or full-time is possible, very flexible
Customized schedule includes occasional weekend boarding duties (only board felines)
