Qualified Staffing is hiring for a Food distributing company in Austin, IN that is seeking Receiving Coordinators. This position is a Direct-Hire opportunity! Overview: The Receiving Coordinator is directly responsible for the raw materials inventory. This means he or she assures an accurate inventory count, correct movement of materials, and proper sanitation conditions in the warehouses. The warehouses are generally divided so that each coordinator will have their main responsibilities in a particular area. Schedule:
Sun-Thur 6pm-2:00am
Overtime will be offered based on needs
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities:
Confirms movement and computer license plate information of products moving from warehouses to the processing areas.
Processes and confirms all returns to stock and verifies the physical placement of products.
Reconciles all warehouse raw material variances against computer-based inventory data.
Performs daily cycle counts and reconciles all variances.
Verifies goods receipt for all product movement into warehouses.
Reviews material for the pre-staging of the following shift.
Creates transfer orders for the movement of the raw materials into and out of the storage warehouses.
Communicates daily with the Receiving Supervisor, drivers and clerks.
Is responsible for directing the consolidation of raw materials in the warehouses.
Is responsible for assuring stock rotation and reporting dated inventory to the supervisor.
Audits and reports on GMP, HAACP and OSHA conditions.
Assists with special projects that are needed to resolve any on-going issues and provides long-term solutions that allow departmental goals and corporate strategic initiatives to be met.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Computer literacy at an intermediate to advanced level
