Job Title: Quality TechnicianLocation: Swartz Creek, MichiganHours: Second Shift, 3-11PMPay: $18-20 /hr depending on experience plus a 2.00 shift premium Would you like to join a team where precision and pride in workman ship truly matter? Please apply at q-staffing.com today!Responsibilities:A Quality Technician is responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
Receiving & Incoming Inspections
1st Piece / Set-Up Inspections
In-process & Final Inspections
Maintaining a 5S Work Environment
Maintaining the QA File Structures & Storage
Gage Calibration
Requirements:
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to regularly lift and move 10 pounds, frequently lift and move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move 50 pounds
Basic knowledge of measuring devices: calipers, micrometers, height gage
Basic Computer Skills: able to access folders, scan and save documents, type reports
Reasoning Ability: able to define a problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
