Quality Specialist Location: Webberville Pay: $25-$30 an hour Shift: 1st Are you passionate about ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement in the automotive manufacturing industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Specialist to join our team in Webberville, Michigan. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating internal and external audits, driving corrective actions, and maintaining our document control processes to meet TS16949 and ISO14001 standards. Responsibilities: • Coordinate all Internal TS16949 & ISO14001 Audits and lead the closure of non-conformances through corrective action meetings and team leadership. • Act as an auditor guide for all External TS16949 & ISO14001 Audits, assisting in the coordination and documentation of corrective actions resulting from these audits. • Continually improve the company's document control process and ensure compliance with TS16949, ISO14001, and Customer Specific requirements. • Manage updates to procedures, forms, instructions, and process documentation, obtaining necessary approvals for these changes. • Maintain the company's record retention process for all departments, working with the Quality Manager and Quality Engineer(s). • Provide assistance to the Quality Manager and Quality Engineer(s) during launch activities and special projects. • Deliver TS16949 Awareness Training to new employees as needed. • Collaborate with department heads to review and maintain documented company policies and procedures. Qualifications: • TS16949 Internal or External Auditor Certification. • Minimum of 5 years of automotive manufacturing experience. • Working knowledge of document control methodologies. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotive Quality. • Familiarity with Customer Specific Requirements. • Ability to travel between plant locations as required.
