Job Description
The Food Safety and Quality Assurance Technician Technicians take a proactive approach to assist management in the prevention of problems or correction of process deficiencies Monday-Friday Day shift and night shift available $20.00Must have HACCP, GMP, SSOP, customer specifications, FSIS regulatory requirements and others •Inspects products at various stages of the production process in accordance with standard operating procedures•Performs analytical tests on samples as well as calculations to measure factors and tests product to verify factors•Prepares quality documentation and data summarization reports using computers, paper or other means•Actively and effectively communicate with various plant personnel to ensure product problems are prevented•Calibrates all instruments per plant procedures at the required frequency•Maintain a safe work environment•Maintain satisfactory attendance and job performance in accordance with company policies and procedures•Other duties are performed as assigned by the Supervisor•Use hands/wrists to pick up samples up to 40 lbs and perform evaluations•Cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 35 to 80 degrees Why work for Qualified Staffing? -We offer a fantastic benefits package to all of our employees.
