Qualified Staffing is currently in search of an experienced Quality Assurance Technician for a manufacturing company in Covington, GA! Is it time for your next career move?

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm 

Pay: $25-$28, based on experience

JOB DUTIES: 
  • Perform mechanical inspection of new parts and prepares documentation for new launches
  • Works with engineering and operations to ensure new part launches are timely
  • Performs any inspection tasks assigned by the Quality Manager 
  • Creates and updates inspection documents needed by operations
  • Serves as a resource for programming operations 
  • May participate in special projects or problem solving activities
  • Facilitate the creation of any required quality documents.

SKILLS REQUIRED: 
  • Working knowledge of blueprint reading 
  • Working knowledge of GD&T, CMM and PPAP documentation 
  • Able to use calipers, micrometers, height gages, and other manual measuring instruments.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word programs 
  • Must be organized and have attention to detail. 
  • Must be able to adapt to fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
