Job Description

Do you have Purchasing/ Receiving experience? Are you looking for an amazing temp-perm opportunity? Qualified Staffing Cartersville has a client that is seeking a Purchasing/Receiving Agent!
The Purchasing/Receiving Agent will  assist customers with finding & properly checking out the parts or supplies they are requesting using the CMMS system.  Receiving the daily shipments of spare parts and facility supplies and completing the necessary documentation in SAP.  Doing cycle counts as time permits, to ensure that the inventory of parts always remains accurate. Notifying people when the items they have requested have arrived, so that they can be picked up by the requestor.  Assisting the purchasing agents as needed, and sometimes temporarily filling in for them in the case of absence or vacation.  This will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm. Starting at $18/hr
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task when dealing with many requests from multiple customers each day. • Must be computer literate, and able to use email, group texts (Google Chat), and SAP accounting software. • Responsible for accurate cycle counts and consumption of parts and materials using RF scanners & hand counting at times. • Must be able to accurately take notes and pay attention to important details. • Must work well with others, as this is a team effort in a 24-hour operation.
