Are you or someone you know a detail-oriented, highly-organized individual? Qualified Staffing - Calhoun is seeking a candidate for a PURCHASING COORDINATOR position for a NEW client in Calhoun, GA!
Shift: Part-time (10:00a-6:00p) 2-3 days a week. Rotating Saturday's every 6-8 weeks. Pay: $10-$15 or BOE Responsibilities:
Liaising between suppliers and the organization.
Back up help for floor sales.
Helping and greeting customers in store.
Answering phones.
Cashier duties, checking customers in and out.
Managing and monitoring supply orders.
Keeping up with the buying products as needed.
Validating delivery schedules.
Handling order issues.
Responding to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
Monitoring inventory.
Contacting suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries.
Preparing purchase orders and maintaining purchasing records.
Researching and negotiating with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications.
Providing routine administrative support.
Keep information accurate and organized.
Provide customer service and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the store.
