Job Description


Qualified Staffing has an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in purchasing! We are seeking someone who possesses strong multitasking skills and is computer savvy to navigate high volumes of incoming and outgoing emails. This position will assist the purchasing/inventory control department with their daily duties. 

Job Duties: 
  1. Verify pricing and schedule dates on purchase orders and confirm an acknowledgement has been received
  2. Maintain open purchase order status report for all locations
  3. Maintain accurate supplier information
  4. Maintain product data
  5. Expedite and escalate purchase orders 
  6. Executes and sources purchases for all material
  7. Assists in all purchasing/inventory projects
  8. Resolves pricing, quality, delivery and other issues with suppliers
  9. Monitors and reviews supplier pricing and quotes
  10. Collaborates with other team members to improve processes
  11. Process supplier rebates
  12. Support the Quality Control process through compliance with the Quality Management requirements, customer focus and continual improvement

Qualifications:
