Do you have at least two years of Administrative experience including accounting/ finance? Are you proficient with excel? Our client is looking for a highly skilled Administrative assistant.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
Strong computer and technology knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office 2010 products with greater emphasis on Excel and Access

Perform a wide variety of high level administrative duties with the ability to multi-task as required by the fast-paced environment.
Organize own work, coordinating projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines and following up on assignments with a minimum of direction.
Schedule, organize, maintain and monitor consultant s Outlook calendars. Keep everyone informed as to the whereabouts of all office personnel.
Assist with various client related projects and analysis, including the preparation of reports, work papers, documentation, spreadsheets, correspondence and follow-up. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofreading documents for spelling, grammar, and layout, following the applicable report preparation procedure.
Responsible for the accuracy and clarity of all reports. Photocopy, scan, file client related documents electronically. Ability to import, export and manipulate data into Excel spreadsheets.
Work with management level staff as client liaison in obtaining and sending information, documents, correspondence, etc. In a timely manner.
Answer phones on Allworx phone system, managing calls as appropriate. Work with other Administrative Assistants to ensure continuous coverage of the phones.
Scheduling conference calls
Accurately update, prepare and follow written procedures.
Back-up for assigned duties of the Administrative Staff.

Maintain database program for tracking engagements. Record all pertinent incoming and outgoing correspondence. Generate reports on a monthly basis and distribute to clients and consultants as appropriate.
Work with Director of Provider Reimbursement Analytics and Consultants on upcoming dates/deadlines. Proactively manage the tracking lists to make sure documents are filed timely.
Assist Director of Provider Reimbursement Analytics Consulting Services and Consultants with appeals, reopens, exception requests, bad debts, spreadsheets, correspondence and other projects as needed.
Keep Director of Provider Reimbursement Analytics, and Consultants informed of all office and client issues when they are off site.
Maintain Appeals/Reopens binder for ease of reference on current status of cases.
Assist with the maintenance of databases related to DSH Trak engagements.
Work with clients as liaison in obtaining and sending information, documents, correspondence, etc. In a timely manner.
Organize and maintain computer network files for Provider Reimbursement Analytics Department.
Use CCH database to research regulations. Assist Manager and Consultants with research. Log, route, print and file weekly updates.
