Job Description
The Prototype Project Coordinator I will work through issue resolution, status updates, and overall timing. The role will maintain budget, track expenditures, transactions and ensure project functions. The role will support project growth and development and corroborate deliverables. The Prototype Project Coordinator II will mentor and oversee team members’ deliverables to ensure Roush and customer standards are met.
Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven customer relationship skills. • Must be able to coordinate and organize engineering groups/materials/components. • Strong computer skills are a must, fluent with MS Word and Excel (Microsoft Office). • Have strong verbal and written communication skills. • Must have good attention to detail. • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and willing to learn. • Must have reliable attendance and be able to work overtime/weekends. Preferred Skills: • Associates degree. • GPIRS experience. • Previous experience as a vehicle build coordinator. • OEM prototype vehicle experience.
