Job Description

Job Title: Project Workflow CoordinatorLocation: Flint, MichiganHours: 7:45 AM-4:15 PMPay: $20.00/ per hour Are you dependable with a strong work ethic?  Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Workflow Coordinator to join our team in Flint, Michigan.  If this sounds like you, apply now!Responsibilities:
  1. Set up and manage client fulfillment programs within the ERP system
  2. Configure products, kits, offers, workflows, approvals, and SLAs
  3. Process and monitor daily orders from receipt through shipment confirmation
  4. Manage inventory levels, re-order points, and client reporting
  5. Support client approvals (including healthcare requirements) and internal proofing
  6. Maintain client storefronts and provide system support as needed
  7. Collaborate with Client Engagement and support fulfillment operations
  8. Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Previous experience in a customer service role or administrative position preferred but not required. 
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools preferred (e.g., Trello).
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skill
