Job Description

Qualified Staffing in Cartersville is hiring Production Repair Technicians! We' re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience in manufacturing, repairs, or quality inspection and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great opportunity for you! What you' ll be doing:
  • Repairing products according to company procedures.
  • Inspecting completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Keeping your work area clean and safe.
  • Assisting with production and helping other departments when needed.
  • Following all safety guidelines and work instructions.
What we' re looking for:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Manufacturing, repair, or quality experience is preferred.
  • Soldering, welding, or mechanical repair experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work 12-hour day or night shifts, with overtime as needed.
