Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
Shift: Afternoon/Evening
Current: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Future: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
What You’ll Do
Lead daily production operations to hit safety, quality, and output targets
Supervise, coach, and hold a team accountable for performance
Identify issues on the floor and take action—quickly and effectively
Drive problem-solving using root cause analysis (8D or similar)
Monitor production data, downtime, and efficiency—and act on it
Coordinate staffing, overtime, and shift coverage
Partner with maintenance, quality, and leadership to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with safety (MIOSHA) and quality (IATF) standards
What You Bring
2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of production processes and shop floor operations
Experience handling employee performance, attendance, and discipline
Ability to troubleshoot issues and make decisions under pressure
Familiarity with quality systems (IATF, ISO, or similar) is a plus
Willingness to work extended hours on an afternoon/evening shift
