Qualified Staffing is hiring for a Food distributing company in Austin, IN that is seeking Production Clerks. This position is a Direct-Hire opportunity! Overview: The Production Clerk expedites the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to daily and weekly production schedules while focusing on production accuracy. Duties include creating requisitions for new materials, entering BOL for incoming supplies in SAP, creating new Bill of Materials, and performing various clerical duties as required. The ability to problem solve, work collaboratively, and communicate is essential. Schedule:
Sun-Thur 10pm-6am
Overtime will be offered based on needs
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities:
Scan License plates.
Correct Variances in SAP.
Keep PSA tables cleared.
Create requisitions for new materials.
Track requisitions until purchase order are made.
Entering BOL for incoming supplies in SAP.
Entering new labels into SAP.
Close out open 901 and working with Inventory Analyst.
Creating new Bill of materials.
Creating new Marcum codes for shop floor printers.
General Clerical work as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Computer literacy at an intermediate to advanced level
